CalcCon Pro

Privacy

Last updated October 25, 2026. CalcCon Pro is sold by CalcConPro LLC.

CalcCon Pro is estimating software that runs on your own computer, phone or tablet. This page says what it and this website do with your information.

Your estimates stay with you

Your estimates, prices, settings, company details, contacts, documents, photos and license key are kept on your own device, in CalcCon Pro’s storage and in any files you save. They are not sent to us, and we can’t see them. If you choose a shared folder for your team (OneDrive, Dropbox, a network drive), those files are kept there, under that service’s terms.

What the app sends

CalcCon Pro looks at this website about once a day to see whether a newer version is out and whether any license keys have been cancelled. Those requests carry nothing about you or your estimates; like any visit to a website, they show your internet (IP) address and browser type to our website host, Netlify.

A few things go online only when you use them:

Other than that, CalcCon Pro doesn’t send anything anywhere.

Activation codes and keys

Your activation code is a random code made on your device; it doesn’t identify you or your computer to anyone else. We keep a list of the keys we issue (name, company, email, the dates the key is good for, and the activation codes it was made for) so we can renew, replace or cancel them.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our host, Netlify, keeps the usual server records of visits (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

The free trial form

When you ask for a free trial, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), the devices you plan to use, your activation code (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to send your trial key and to talk with you about CalcCon Pro. The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, which also records the sender’s IP address and browser with each request and keeps the entries until we delete them; the request reaches us by email.

The chat on the website

The “Questions?” chat on our home page answers from the information on this website. It runs in your browser: what you type there isn’t sent anywhere. If you choose “Send a message”, we receive your name, how to reach you, your message and the questions you asked in the chat, the same way as the trial form, and use them only to answer you. Calling, texting or emailing us from the chat uses your own phone or email.

Payments

When you pay for a subscription, your payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We see your name, email, the amount and the date, but never your card number.

Who else sees it

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that run the business for us (website hosting, email, payment processing, and the private tool we use to make license keys), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep trial requests, emails and the key list while you are a customer or might become one, and afterwards as long as our records require (payment and tax records, for example). You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we have about you; we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

CalcCon Pro and this website are for businesses, not for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
